Palo Cedro Golf Estates is encompassed by Grape Ranch Golf Club, a nine hole golf facility originally built in 1992 and previously known as Palo Cedro Golf Course.

This neighborhood of homes although small in numbers is large on impact. With a total of 49 parcels all fronting on the golf course the custom built homes are generally in high demand with its desirable and unique location. A beautiful view of Mt. Lassen can be seen from all around this area.

Most homes were built in the 1990's and early 2000's with a couple newer ones, they are all custom builds by multiple contractors hired by each property owner after the vacant lots were sold. The homes range is size generally from 1600 to 2500 square feet. Grape Ranch Golf Course membership is not required.
